Swabhimaan is a readymade garment manufacturing brand run primarily by women who are survivors of trafficking. The project is a joint collaborative between TATA AIG (CSR Division) and Bansra Birangana Seva Samity (BBSS) who are local implementation partner. BBSS is a grassroot level NGO and have been working with victims of trafficking for over decades.

Currently Swabhimaan production unit consists of handpicked trafficking survivors and vulnerable women who have the precise skill sets in designing and tailoring apparels. Furthermore they have been up skilled in Entrepreneurship and Customer Relationship skills through continuous workshops by industry experts.
