Return Process:
Initiate a return: Log in to your Swabhimaan account and go to your order history. Locate the order you wish to return and initiate a return request.
Print return label: Once your return request is approved, you will be able to print a prepaid return shipping label.
Package your return: Securely pack the item(s) you are returning in the original packaging, if possible. Include the completed return form you received with your order.
Ship your return: Attach the prepaid return label to your package and ship it back to us at the address provided on the label.
Refunds:
Once we receive your returned item and verify it meets the return criteria, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Shipping costs will only be refunded if the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item shipped).
Exchanges:
